So upsetting, I Orderd my daughter x2 dresses for home…
Orderd my daughter x2 dresses for home delivery on the 14th of July was updated it had been incorrectly sorted and would cause a delay checked the filling day and stated it had been deliverd and that it was also ready for customer collection I paid for home delivery I have contacted Ralph Lauren via then email address and by the online form this morning and am yet to hear back very upsetting at I love all there clothes this is my first time buying online and from my Experiance so far would not recommend

Wrong size for the same dress, NO CHANGE.
I purchased 2 dress with different size Medium and Large ... the second L is smaller than M ( I attached photos) so I opened a Claim and the customer support told me that the two dress are produced by 2 different company so it is normal what happened to me. In add the sustain that I purchased a "personalised " product so the Terms and Conditions define that in this case you cannot change the product ( it's your Logo in Purple!!). I didn't ask to change the dress because I dont' like but only because there is an evidence the size is wrong. In this case a Company like Ralph Lauren cannot answer with Terms & Cond , this is not customer service, it's not respectful toward a customer.

Great interaction
Their online support is great, helped me locate a store having the shoe size I was looking for and was almost gone. It took 15 minutes. Other online retailers don't care about your needs.
The staff from their Manchester shop also fabulous, very polite and kind.

I won't be purchasing anything online…
I won't be purchasing anything online with them again. I paid £15 for quick delivery only for UPS to not even try to deliver it and just dumped it at an Access point instead. RL customer services didn't care at all that a quick delivery premium ended up being probably slower than a standard delivery. I'll pass on RL in future and looking at the reviews, I don't think I'll be the only one. I'm shocked that a brand like this has such a poor customer service record.

Love this brand but do something about…
Love this brand but do something about UPS. I was not at home so changed delivery to access point. Driver said shop was closed so he was unable to deliver. Next day, same thing happens. Of course shop was open on both days. Its just next to my home, I used similar method in past and had no problems. Anyway, I had to contact UPS over Facebook to change address to my home. No updates as to where driver is so I spend my free time wondering if I get my items today.

Customer service was average. Not good enough for premium brand. Clothes itself are great quality one of my shirts is 5 years old and still looks like new. Shame that you use terrible delivery company.

Repeatedly sending wrong items
Ordered some clothes, including a few polo shirts. First delivery I was sent was the wrong colour and I returned it and asked for an exchange. They sent me the same wrong colour again and when I contacted customer service they advised it was because that’s the only colour they had in stock. So they sent me the wrong colour twice with no communication intentionally and now I’ve had the hassle and cost of returning both polo shirts as they make you pay for a courier to collect. Really disappointed expect better when paying £140 per Polo Shirt. Won’t be using them again.

Ralph Lauren??? NEVER AGAIN!
I decided to buy a present for a very important person for me, from what i thought it was a very high class brand, and ended up paying £75 for a second hand wallet. By second hand, of course i mean a wallet that has already been used by someone else, as when the present was opened it came with 3 French bonus cards, one of which was a restaurant card for stamps collection - caffe Nero type of card, with 8 out of 12 stamps collected (I will happily attach pictures). So i wonder how long has this wallet been pre owned for, so that the person managed to collect that many stamps in a restaurant in France???

When it comes to Ralph Lauren customer service, the complaint department dealing with my complaint, i have 2 words for that - DISAPPOINTING AND EMBARRASSING for (as i already mentioned above) such a high class brand. 0 interest, 0 effort, 0 care about their customers!
I got told i can either return the wallet for a full refund or get a £20 partial refund. And please, someone explain to me how can £20 going back into your account make up for the embarrassment i felt when the present was opened and seen that its been used?!
I MUST ADD THAT I SELECTED THE GIFT WRAP OPTION ON CHECKOUT, so they know its a GIFT.

In conclusion, never again!

Ps.1 The only compliment i can give is that the SECOND HAND wallet was very well wrapped and boxed.

Ps.2 If you want to get yourself a second hand valuables, go to a charity shop, at least that way you can help a community out!

I have been buying from RL for several years now and am very happy with the service they provide.
Arrives quickly.
If I return an item,easy to take to a ups shop.
I bought some jewellery recently and it’s very well made and good quality.
Also lovely trainers .

How bad has this company got recently?!
I have purchased many Ralph Lauren clothes over the years due to the service and quality of the products. Never again will I purchase anything from them.
My latest purchase, a pair of RRL officer khaki chinos for £175 from their Carnaby St store in London. Greta service and really happy with them - until I wore them. For some reason all around the pockets there appeared blue marks for no reason. At first I thought it was rubbing against my keys and phone and then yesterday they were worn with nothing in them and still these marks appeared. Clearly there is a fault with the manufacturing process.
Called the store and nothing he could do unless I bought them in - impossible as I live 100 miles away and bought them on a trip to London. Contacted customers services online and nothing they can do as they only deal online. Completely stuck with an unwearable pair of chinos and £175 down.
Will be taking this up with trading standards and Citizens Advice.
All RL seem bothered in is producing sub standard rubbish for Bicester and making a killing that way. Bought some items from there recently too only for them to sag, loses shape etc and you can instantly that a lot of the stock in there is made for there and not up to the usual standards. AVOID

Like everyone else. Poor customer service
Ordered £500 worth of clothes and paid for quick delivery £15... that was over a week ago and the goods still haven't arrived. I tracked the shipment using the RL link provided and it's said three times now that it was out for delivery. Two of these came and went, the third one is today and I'm still waiting for the goods to arrive.

I contacted support who replied telling me that the goods were out for delivery on the 19th.. Nope.. nothing arrived. So I called them today (20th) to be told by a chap that I must be mistaken as their system says it's out for delivery today (20th).. When I then pointed him to a reply from the customer services team telling me it was out for delivery on the 19th, he basically told me not to use the RL tracking service as it doesn't work.. I should log onto UPS and track from there. unfortunately, they haven't sent me a UPS tracking number.. so I'm still none the wiser.

What a mess this company is. For a supposedly "upmarket" designer brand, they need to sharpen up....
I have zero confidence that anything will arrive today. If it doesn’t, I'm cancelling and getting a refund.

Liars !!!
I ordered a polo shirt (£99) Thursday, the 31st of March, it is now Thursday, the 7th of April I’m still waiting for it its been 8 day. I’ve been in contact numerous times with Ralph Lauren this week. I have been lied to almost every single day stating that I would be getting my delivery. I was told I would get the item on Monday Nothing appeared then I was told Tuesday nothing appeared then I was told Wednesday nothing appeared now I’m told today (Thursday) I should get it between 1045 and 1245 but checking the UPS website it hasn’t even gone out for delivery yet. If they’d been honest from the start it wouldn’t be such an issue but to lie to me consistently every single day It is insulting. For such a expensive item this is the worst customer service I think I have ever received.
When Ralph Lauren read this review I should imagine they’ll be the usual standard lies answer with an apology keep your apology!!!

I recently purchased a pair of Ralph Polo Jersey joggers , My Husband has already had a number of pairs this particular pair has shrunk in the wash , After contacting customer services I am still trying to return after 3 weeks , You can only return through UPS which is completely impractical if you do not have access to a printer ,( which I don't) I have offered to return by special delivery at my cost but they will not provide a return address , really unhelpful and now they are ignoring my emails so roughly £120 down the drain ... Will Never buy from their website again Appalling service .

Low quality and breaking the legal clauses of the Consumer Rights Act
My cap is completely discoloured after one year of use. It is a performance cap for sport. Clearly, It cannot handle the sun and my sweat. With my consumer rights in mind, as It doesn't fit the purpose and quality, I was told by customer services that this is normal wear and tear. My Wilson and Nike caps are going strong after 3 years and they cost me less. When I wanted to escalate I was told my case was escalated already. Disgraceful quality for the price I paid.

For a globally recognised brand the online retail site, service & experience is in the dark ages.
1: the website doesn’t work & load correctly on some phones.
2: items are shown as in stock that are not actually ‘in stock’ … is it 1997?
You can add to your basket only to find at checkout these are not in stock?!?
A phone call to customer services then spend 5 minutes telling you yes the website doesn’t work & use the excuse it serves the whole of Europe.
Sack whoever is director of European e-commerce fix the problem & watch your sale take off…
